The dialysis kits have finally arrived at the general hospital of Yaounde!

A little more than 11 pm last night at the General Hospital of Yaounde, a semi-trailer carrying
containers of 40 feet maneuvering before going to park at the rear of the vast enclosure. Dialysis consumables were offloaded from the vehicles, medicinal products that many patients have been waiting impatiently for long days. A nurse expressed her relief on the CRTV. “I say glory to God because our wishes are fulfilled this time. Thank you very much to the Minister of Health for all his efforts to save lives.
The consumables are distributed according to the centers concerned. The CHU of Yaoundé and the center of hemodialysis of Bertoua will not be entitled because they had no applicants. The kits of the general hospital of Yaounde are made available to patients who were there to wait. The CRTV radio announcing the good news swears that the government has done everything to ensure that kits are not missing. The national radio blames “the cargo plane with the kits on board” which “did not want to land in Cameroon without the guarantee that it would return with other goods.” While waiting to conclude their contract and after collecting the transport costs, the patients to be dialyzed were penalized, often finding themselves in this pitiful state which caused a lot of ink and saliva to flow. Tears will be added as several patients who have lost their lives due to lack of care.
