Cameroon's minister of transport, Edgard Alain Mebe Ngo'o allows 'General Express' to resume its activities

General Express is a transport agency that was suspended from transport activities just a month ago
because it was noted for too many road accidents and blood shed. This suspension was supposed to be for 3months, but yesterday, the minister of transport signed a document, permitting General express to resume transport activities. Is this not insane?
