Angry lecturers in SOA, University of Yaounde, write a letter to the haed of state, denouncing the mismanagement by authorities

A good number of doctors from the university of SOA wrote to Paul biya. They denounce the theft
and mismanagement of the authorities, coupled with the incompetence of Jacques Famé Ndongo, minister of higher education.
